What is the minimum booking value for availing this offer? The minimum booking value to avail the bank cashback is Rs.5000. This is inclusive of the entire booking value of flight tickets i.e. convenience fee, ticket fare, tax etc. There is no minimum value to avail the Amazon cashback on domestic flight bookings & this will be as per the aforementioned grid.

Can a customer avail both Amazon cashback offer & the ICICI bank credit card offer? Yes, a customer can avail both the Amazon cashback offer & the ICICI bank credit card offer on the same booking by paying with the corresponding card for the booking.

Is the offer related only to domestic flight bookings or is it applicable across the website? The offer is only available on domestic flight bookings done on Amazon.in or its corresponding mobile app

What happens if I cancel my flight tickets? This offer will not be applicable if you, the merchant or Amazon cancels the order fully or partially and in such a case, participation in the promotion will be deemed withdrawn. If cashback is availed on any booking, and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such orders will be post adjusting the cashback amount availed on the purchase.

When will I get my cashback and how? Your Amazon cashback will be credited in your account as Amazon Pay balance within 3 working days of your booking. Your bank cashback will be credited in your account as Amazon Pay balance within 20 days of your booking.

How many times can I avail this offer? This offer is applicable once per customer during the offer period.

How will I know if I am eligible for the bank offer? If you meet the eligibility criterion as mentioned in offer T&Cs, the bank cashback will be processed to your account as Amazon Pay Balance within 20 working days. You will receive an email from us within 7 working days on whether you are eligible for the cashback. If you cancel the ticket partially or fully, the offer will become void and you will not be eligible for the offer anymore.

What is the offer duration? This offer will be available between 1st August – 4th August 2019, inclusive of both days.

My payment for flight booking on Amazon.in failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer? If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to retry your payment for such order. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the offer. You can also avail the cashback offer if you wish to attempt a different booking instead.

Flights on Amazon – August Offer terms & conditions
The limited period promotional offer, namely Flights on Amazon – Aug 1-Aug 4 Offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and is made available on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”) operated by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”). This Offer is in respect of the bookings of flight / airline tickets on Amazon.in.

These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and also in addition to the conditions applicable to booking of flight / airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.

The amount of cashback that a customer will be entitled to will depend on the transaction value of the Booking undertaken by the customer. It is hereby clarified that the transaction value of the Booking is inclusive of ticket fare, taxes and convenience fee.

The applicable amount of the Benefit will be provided to the customers in the form of Amazon Gift Card, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of the customer. The use and redemption of the gift card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

The Benefit (under this Offer) will be provided to the customer within 3 (three) business days of the successful completion of the Booking.

It is hereby clarified that a customer can avail all the Benefits (i.e. each of the cashback) listed in the table above during the Offer Period, subject to fulfilling the qualifying criteria, including the minimum transaction value criteria (where applicable). However, each of the aforesaid Benefits can only be availed once during the Offer Period and this Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer available on Amazon.in, other than any bank offers made available for Bookings on Amazon.in.

It is clarified that if the payment for a Booking transaction is made using both Amazon ICICI Card and Non-Amazon ICICI Card, the Cardholder will be eligible to receive cashback under this Offer.
