2. How can I avail this offer?
Buy eligible non-novelty products from Local Shops worth ₹500 during the offer period and pay using a prepaid payment method (debit card/credit card/net banking/Amazon Pay). Your cart can have multiple non-novelty products but the total order value after discounts should be worth ₹500 (min amount) to avail the offer.

3. Is a coupon code required to avail the offer?
No. Cashback will be automatically credited on a successful purchase.

4. Will this offer be over and above other offers?
Cashback will be computed on the product price post coupon discounts applied.

5. When will I get the cash back?
The applicable cash back under this Offer will be credited to the eligible customer’s Amazon account as Amazon Pay balance within 24 business hours from date of shipping.

6. What if I cancel/return my order?
Any cancelled order(s)/item(s) will not be eligible for cash back and the refund amount of If you cancel/reject the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer. However if you place another eligible order during the offer period, you will be eligible for the offer. In case of partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a customer buys products worth INR 1000 under the offer and is eligible for INR 100 as cash back, however due to some reasons she/he decides to reject/return INR 1000 worth of products, then she will be refunded INR 900 to the original payment instrument (INR 100 cashback issued as Gift Cards cannot be cancelled as per RBI regulations, and will be adjusted against the refund credited).

The offer is only applicable on one order of Local Shops non-novelty products from Amazon.in listed on Local Shops landing page.

8. Can I get cashback across multiple orders?
No, this order is valid only once per customer. The order value should be ₹500 (Min amount post discounts applied. In case an offer eligible order is placed and cancelled, the customer is ineligible for the offer on any other order placed during the offer period.

9. My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer?
If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the cashback.

1. The Amazon Pay Cashback on Local Shops is provided and made available to you on the website www.ama...in and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”).

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Cards (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”). In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
