Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card is now available for all the users

Does anybody have a solution for this?

Applied 7 months back but it got rejected because the very same month got another ICICI card. ICICI has a rule you can’t apply for this card within 1 month of getting another card. It said you can apply after 6 months from the day of rejection. Tried applying after that, but now getting a new error.

Here’s the detailed process(for those without an existing icici credit card):
You put in your phone no.,address, PAN, etc and submit online application on amazon. A guy will come to the address provided by you to verify documents. This happened the very next day in my case but may vary depending upon your location and availability of executives. The guy will initiate the registration process through the backend app on his phone and you shall receive an OTP which you have to share with him. Then you shall have to fill out some details in the app on his phone. He will then ask for your original id and take snaps of those. If you are salaried you have to provide last 3 months payslip and bank statement showing these credits. If you are self-employed, you need to furnish the last ITR filed by you. You also need to provide name and number of someone in your family. Finally he will also take a photo of you and submit everything. You shall have to send an sms(TCA YES) to 9222208888 to finish.

I have applied last week. Verification done in 2 days. Got 750 amazon cashback. Received card within a week.

After this whole process is completed, you have to wait for their team to finish the verfication process. Usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks. Your application may be rejected or approved as per the findings of this team. If approved, your limit will be determined by your income and credit score. This varies from individual to individual. Hope this clarifies a lot of doubts.

I did not have any prior relationship with ICICI bank. I was asked to show only Aadhar and Pan card . They did not ask me for bank statement or salary slip .Card was approved within 4 hours of document submission. Surprisingly I got the highest credit limit on this card. Much higher than SBI click and Citibank premier miles card I own .

I dont have salary as I am busyness MAN BUT HAD ITR FOR LAST 5 YRS

My application is in progress from 23 june.. documnet collection done around 10 july… Anyway to talk to them?

If it is taking long time assume that it will rejected.

Applied on June 21 but no one came to collect docs or verification.

while trying o contact support after inputting mobile no it is saying invalid no. anyone faced same issued, want to reschedule the verification process.

Very weird experience in applying for the amazon pay ICICI card. I applied on June 23rd and the agent called for document collection on a weekday almost two weeks after application. Since I wasn’t at home and he refused to come after 6pm, the collection was postponed to a weekend. On July 13th, the documents were collected, including ITR and salary slips. They did a CIBIL enquiry on 15th July and on 17th July, I got an SMS that my credit card is declined despite a CIBIL score >800 and I can apply again after 1 month. When I checked status with the amazon site, it still showed processing. Customer care also said the application is under process. I lost hope and thought it was because of no banking relationship with ICICI Bank. Then one fine day in August, they call for verification and when I ask about the declined message, they say they are not aware and are only performing verification. On August 6th, I get a message that my credit card is generated.

How to pay this cc bill ?

I applied on 22nd June and executive took my all documents and now ICICI bank tells me that application is rejected because it is old.

I purchase some items from amazon via this card before 15th Dec and my prime membership expired on 15th dec and statement got generated on 19th Dec. Will I get 5% or 3% rewards for purchases before 15th Dec ? since at time of statement generation I am non prime customer.

@sahilchaudhry08 you should get 5% since rewards are calculated at the time transactions, at the time of statement generation they are just added and sent to respective reward account.
