The recharge failed for me. Does anyone know how much time is taken to refund? Do I need to contact customer support?
Yes. Please contact Amazon as well as Redbus. Last time, recharge failed for me. Redbus changed status to success after one day and removed it from history. Amazon credited cashback by next day. I kept telling them to refund but they didn’t do it. Finally I pleaded a lot with Amazon and escalated the matter, gave snapshots of my recharge history then Amazon refunded on its own. They did not take away my 52.5₹ Cashback
