Well the only time I have gottnen less is when doing like send money etc where they say min rs4 or rs10 but end up with like rs3 or 7 etc.. So it does happen.. But for fixed stuff like this rs50 on 500 shopping, I have always gotten exactly 50 cb.. I just ordered something 2 days ago and got rs50 on order using UPI..
