“Alliance Partner” shall mean Alliance partner (Amazon Pay India Pvt.Ltd), who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
“Card” shall mean Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard/Amex) or Debit card (Visa /Mastercard), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
“Card Holder/s” shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
“Program/Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card Services, during the Offer Period.
“Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Credit / Debit Card facility/service.
“Products/Services” shall mean the Goods / services of the Alliance Partner, more particularly pertaining to Pantaloons Brands, being purchased by the Customers.
“Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Terms prescribed by alliance partner

This promotional offer (“Offer”) is being provided to you by ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI”) and is made available on the website www.ama...in, and the mobile application and mobile site thereof (collectively “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).

It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank credit card and/or debit card (excluding Maestro and RuPay ICICI cards) (“Card”) (“Cardholder”).

The validity of the Offer is only on the following dates: July 01, 2020 to July 04, 2020.

Under the Offer, any customer who makes a purchase of any product/products listed by a seller in the Super Value Day Store on Amazon.in or Amazon Pantry Store or Amazon Fresh on Amazon.in or Amazon Now app using ICICI debit/credit card issued by ICICI Bank during the Offer Period shall be entitled to receive Instant Discount as per the below slabs, provided that the order for such products is not cancelled or returned or refunded: Minimum purchase value INR 2000 and Maximum Discount INR 250.

The Offer will also be available for Cardholders making a purchase using the Credit Card EMI facility provided by ICICI.

The maximum value of Discount provided under this Offer will not exceed INR 250, irrespective of the number of orders placed or number of ICICI cards/ used.

Example (For Credit Card):

a) Pantry cart value is Rs. 2000, max discount is Rs 100

b) Fresh cart value is Rs. 2000 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 4000

If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 100 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 150.

If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 200 and fresh would be Rs. 50.

c) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be Rs. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.

This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.

ICICI and Amazon reserve the right to disqualify the customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the debit card/ credit card/Netbanking account.

Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

ICICI and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

Delinquent and over-limit ICICI Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.

Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

By participation in this Offer, you hereby agree that Amazon and/ or its affiliates will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by you in connection with the Offer.

Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by ICICI or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

The above Offer is by way of a special offer for select Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of ICICI card member agreement between such Cardholder and ICICI.

All disputes between the customers and ICICI, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

Amazon or ICICI do not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the products under the Offer.

Offer not applicable on Infant Nutrition Products.

III. Other Terms and Conditions

The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank and third parties apply. ICICI Bank makes no representation about the quality, delivery, usefulness or otherwise of the goods/services offered by the third party. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank / third party.
Images used in all the communications pertaining to the Offer are for representation purpose only.
If the Cardholder/s ceases to be Cardholder/s at any time during the subsistence of the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Cards. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the merchant directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card holder/s under the offer.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any merchant or Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
