mine was pre activated last time i bought from GCI

Pathetic customer service by both Rediff and GCI. Two orders placed on 27th Nov are still pending dispatch. GCI has told me on three separate occasions that they will dispatch today.
Rediff customer care is useless and manned by trained monkeys who don’t know anything. Worst thing is that they never reply to emails ( neither does GCI ) unlike FK/Amazon who typically reply to emails in 2~3 hours.

Too much time and effort. I don’t understand how GCI is surviving in the marketplace, especially since giftbig is soooo much better. Amex should shift to Giftbig from GCI

called GCi..no one is picking..
dropped 2 mails..no response..

called amex..they said they can activate only when they get a call from GCI..pathetic

after calling they will take 48 hrs to activate

Mine got shipped yesterday.. Asking for 48 hours to activate.. And i called on the visiting card privided with the cash card in the envelope,, they juat asked the order number and Voila.!! . No hassles

I had placed 5 orders from 5 different accounts. Made the mistake of using a same credit card. 4 orders were cancelled, 1 shipped today.

FLipkart,Amazon,Rediff,BSNL portal
These 4 site I have tried and it has worked without nay issue.

I got the refund as well I got the card and used it

yesterday I got a call from rediff and the guy was asking that weather I have received the card I told him to call me tomorrow
now what do I tell him
