I think the only viable option now is to use amazon pantry/fresh and maybe medlife(no prescription drug) to buy supplements. but still 12.5k is hard if your not purchasing anything extra (clothes/electronics).

What about purchase of ineligible products using rewards multiplier ? … I may not get 2x but will I be eligible for the bonus points ? … The bonus points themselves are a nice 5% reward rate.
