Email received clearly mentions the exclusions. It also states that it is applicable only on card number mentioned(which indirectly means supplementary cards dont have separate eligibility for getting benefit multiple times) in the mailer, dont know how it is getting registered for all cards.

I checked with Amex customer care and they mentioned that this promotion is valid only for those who received the mail, but u can try if you want to. I did not get mail but registered using the above link. So will be trying…
Also there will be TOTAL of 500 cashback including the supplementary card also.

I got my 500 statement credit, including the add on card. i.e 500+500.

Got credit yesterday abd and i had loaded amazon pay balance of 2500

Did you both receive the mailer from Amazon ?

I didn’t receive the mailer but registered anyway…will load balance tonight and report back…how many days did it take for the credit to reflect in the account?

It’s very clearly written in the t and c of link that offer is not applicable on purchase of store credit or gift voucher .
