That means most probably your transaction has failed. I would suggest you to contact them on twitter for quicker response. They usually call as well after complaint is raised on twiter and explain why the transaction failed

mobikwik dhani pay card transaction getting failed?
Nope. I have already tested with small transactions of upto Rs 2000 for credit card bill. They have been successful and amount credited to credit card account next day. I have tried big amount of 14000 today. Transaction has been successful and I have got the DhaniPay CB. Waiting for the credit in credit card account which should happen by tomorrow.
However, I tried one transaction with another min-KYC mobikwik account and transaction failed with error “Transaction failed as the max no. of emails allowed for this card per month has been reached”. Looks to be the error at mobikwik end. Has anyone faced this?

No, first subscribe supersaver plan and virtual card will automatically generated and physical card will receive within few weeks.
