I turned off my card, now unable to Activate it.
I can see the Activate screen, but “Activate now” button is not there.
Anyone faced similar issue?
Go to services and then card option and request for call to activate your card.

There is no “Activate now” button on Dhani card page. And there is no Card option under Services tab.
Did you got the dhani card for free or paid 99?
I pressed activate card option and it shows you ill get a call but no call received and the page has been like this since a week.Dhani CC is helpless.Even received physical card but couldn’t activate.

2days pehle sbi dc se transaction kiya to sbi ne dc block kr diya.Yesterday i reactivate it by going to bank. Dhani otp came after 20 minutes today and yesterday.otp only 4 digit. Something suspetious

My ₹4k stuck due to this app.
Tried to pay elec bill on payzapp via dhani card, payment was successful from dhani but bill payment failed from payzapp’s side. Payzapp says that they have not claimed the money hence no refund can be initiated and dhani says transaction was successful and they have not received any refund so they cannot give me my money back.
Can anyone help me.
Now just wait. Your balance will be auto refunded to Dhani balance. It will take time but you will get it. No need to panic.
Stuck at this step 
Same happened with me.. It’s problem with ur mobile font too large so that you can’t see the call button in the bottom.decrease ur mobile font size from settings and you will see the call button to initiate the call to activate.
Whts the maximum amnt we can load in wallet u. Single Transaction? I tried 2000 it got added then tried to add 20000,10000 both failed to add. Also 3 hrs cooling period is just irritating.
max 20k in a single transaction, sometimes not working higher amount load money.
try 5k after few hrs.
Received Dhani RuPay prepaid card. Card details are different from the digital card @abhishek012
PS: Did not pay anything for the physical card, created the account on 22nd Sep by paying 99 for the digital card.
Created another account on 24th and got the digital card for free. Waiting for the physical card for this account
@abhishek012 Bro, I received the physical card today! It was different from the digital card.
After I activated the physical card the details of the digital card changed and now it’s showing the same details as the Physical card on Dhani app

My money stuck in Dhani app. Did transaction on MobiKwik cc bill payment for 3k on 23sep. Transaction failed. But money got deducted from Dhani app. Not refunded yet. Have sent email also.
Similar thing happened a day earlier, multiple times transactions failed, but money was getting refunded immediately.
But on 23rd it is stuck. Not sure what is to be done. Their helpdesk is of no use.
My earlier 3k is not refunded yet in dhani wallet even after transaction failure on MobiKwik. Another 3k got stuck today for same reason.
Can we use virtual Aadhaar no. (VID) to register or original one is to be given?

Card sucks a big time , Add money failed , transaction failed on Swiggy , big basket in middle of the day , bank transfer not yet completed , no full benefits of sending money to other person
1st time for me failing mobikwik cc payment.. money not debited but failing.. i think they stopped
