I m applying a amazon credit card , i get confirmation call also from credit card department ,after that they told me card will deliver to ur office address , still its not receive or in amazon application showing application under process and down showing process incomplete , please help me out , my card was approved or not

I had applied earlier but due to some reason application didn’t processed successfully, It still says “Your application is incomplete.” can anyone please help me how to start fresh application?
