Account Opening Process : 100 % Online
Zero Balance Savings Account,

I recently opened AU Platinum saving account (25k) and they sent me Visa Platinum Debit card.
I called customer care to get Rupay Platinum DC but he said that only Visa Platinum card is issued with this account. If I want Rupay Platinum card, I will have to convert my account type to Digital saving account and that's possible only at a branch.
Will branch people do it? I am little doubtful.
Any suggestions?

RuPay Platinum debit card issue only for Zero balance online digital saving account.
Now you can't open Zero balance online digital saving account.
Reason ? this account open only for new customer, You are now old customer.
