When was it approved?
I’ve not used my BOB salary account for more than one year, after leaving the job from last institution. That bob acc is dormant condition now.
If i apply for this card, i have to enter my bank details or not? Shall i proceed as non bob user? Will it create any issue in card approval?
I got this error after aadhaar otp verification….

Nobody is sending msg of card dispatch, be it BOB or AXIS 
applied premier variant but received easy card today..and it;’s not LTF…
mentioned spend 6000 within first 60 days for 1st year fee reversal and spend 35000 in a anniversary year for annual fee waiver…

Applied for premier and received select , that only with 25k limit . Holding 3 other cards over 1 lac limit .
Previously it was axis who provided lowest credit limit cards now bob created new milestones
Did anyone registered and logged in to their account? I received the card yesterday and the limit is already utlised by Rs 118. Not sure what these charges are. CC is not reachable.

I can see on bob link, some spend need to get free it for that year
Today I got a call from CRM team of BOB after continues complaining of “Leegality” page issue since 29th Aug21. He said he will look into it today and will resolve. He asked for the application numbers which are facing similar issue of “Leegality” page so that they can check this issue at software level.
So whoever is facing this issue, could you please DM me your application number, if possible. 3-4 applications number would be enough so that BOB team can identify the underlying issue.

Their customer service is absolutely crap. Out of two credit card customer service numbers, one is busy and one has technical issues. So I raised the issue using the online complaint form and the resolution date is given as 7 May 2022

@RowdyAK47 @guest_999 @Topsey The T&C booklet doesn’t mention the card as LTF…What is the correct info? Is it really LTF if booked in August? Please let me know!

If you applied for the card in LTF offer it should be LTF. But we will need to check if BOB does not play any dirty games in the future.
For everyone here, there is a fee mentioned in the welcome letter along with spend based waiver. They don’t have the budget to print T&C separately for the LTF offer. These shameless guys even mentioned fees on my 2 Add-on cards.
Contacting them is a big task itself, we can just hope & pray they don’t charge any fee
