@RowdyAK47 How can I reupload when application is already submitted successfully and vkyc also done successfully. Why will I reapply? If there’s any problem with my application they should tell that and not ask to ‘complete the application’ again. Anyways I won’t mind if they don’t approve.

@anshu Did you ask them for your card status or did it come normally? I got my card approved on 2nd Sept & received SMS that this will be dispatched in next 3-4 days.. Till date haven’t received it

All those whose application is under process since 4-5 days or more send them an email at documents@bobfinancial(dot)com and upload the following documents. Don’t except any calls or emails from their lazy team.
1. PAN Card Pic
2. Aadhar Front pic
3. Aadar back pic
3. Your Picture
4. ITR ( if applied as self-employed)
5. CC statement & cc front pic with few numbers hidden ( card to card )
6. Bank statement or salary slips ( if applied as salaried )
After sending the docs you wont get any confirmation or acknowledgement from them but most probably you will get a positive update in next 3-5 days

30-08-21 – VKYC done .
13-09-21 – Card approved massage received
No communication received after that. Waiting for the card to be delivered
Mine was approved on 31st Aug, and there is no communication after that

Nearly they should have taken all possible proofs including video kyc and doing such nonsense is creating doubt on the privacy policy
