Today evening i got call n asked me to send mail for front side of my existing other credit card.

Just got call from Bob team to send them Aadhar front picture. Now waiting for their email so I can reply to that.
I got call from Bob executive to upload ITR as I had selected self employed and uploaded bank statement when filling application but she said ITR or salary slip will be must. I told her I did not filled ITR since past 2 year due to covid then she said you can upload latest credit card statement and photo of same.
She replied she will be send email regarding this and you can revert on that mail including required attachments but did not received her mail yet….

No bro, you cannot as you have to wait for their email as its a process. If you would send it, it might go to their junk/spam section.

I applied with salary Slips and 3 month card statement but in the final downloaded application salary slips are not attached. The website took 3 documents where were CC statements and didn’t took salary slips. What a mess. Don’t know if they have actually received salary slips or not
Same bro, I uploaded aadhar front and back image but in the form only the back part was showing. Yesterday, they called me to send the aadhar front pic. It’s almost 18 hours have not got their email yet to revert back with the details.

There is no response at all on the emails which I have sent from last 9 days. on facebook also they are replying standard robotic reply..
anyone got an automated reply or acknowledgment after sending documents on mail. i sent on Sunday, got an error mailbox full, then sent on Monday morning, no acknowledgment or failure msg received.
