For existing bob customer you will get option to enter your savings account number, customer id and IFSC code. I think having a old savings account is a plus point in approval

If ITR is not available then what document should be need to uploaded??
If you have another CC which has decent limit or higher limit than your ITR, then they are asking for the card front picture plus card statement (c2c) not ITR.
