Had very bad experience from this site
first they attract you with fake offers with inflated lens prices.
When you’re done ordering even after checking glasses frame dimension they’ll sent you wrong Size and when asked for replacement
Coolwinks-(“We only accept returns”) + you’ll be charged for returning as well.
And most important thing..their t&c change crazily and they will not honour their words even from yesterday.
They denied 1 year scratch coating warranty for lenses even though it was mentioned on site.
So not a trustworthy site at all.
Only 1 time use just for offer benefit rest it’ll prefer Lenskart for ease with customer care and trustworthy nature.
Received computer glasses today, TBF it doesnt worth the gst amount paid(150rs), glass quality is pure shit, also there is scratches on glass
