Yesterday, my order was delivered.
But mint and coriander leaves was missing. Delivery Executive said it was unavailable. However, After few hours checked on app, it was showing "rejected at delivery by customer" which was ofc incorrectly marked.
Contacted chat support of BB. So, I asked to re-deliver those items. They said please order fresh one. Asked them, I'm getting charge of ₹30 for delivery of ₹4.5 items. They said, we'll waive off charges after delivery.
Ordered missing items "only" again. Delivered and ₹30 credited as waived off BB credits.
