Looking at this deal, I brought this product, Seller sent the product that is ..

open boxed + used + 1 defective Jar + 1 defective gasket lid

Next day I raised return request, and other next day, outside person came and confirmed it is defective.

After this Return requests was keep on rejecting by seller and Again I was contacting flipkart support 10s of times to re-raise the return request, four return requests raised in the span of 40 days.

(Every time I was connecting with support, they was intentionally disconnecting chat, and every 5 mins , agent was changing, and I had to tell another agent the story from page 1)

I raised issue at https://consumerhelpline.g...n/ after raising issue, with in next two days, another return request raised and product got picked up.

There is CreditCard + 1000 Gift Card refund to be done for this order, flipkart only refunded Creditcard one and Marked order as RefundComplete.

So, I contacted flipkart support again, they are keep on postponing 3 times, the refund since two weeks, still yet to get refund

If I had not checked backend, I would have lost my Gift balance, this is fraud activity by flipkart.

Time passed two months, but still I have not got the complete refund, even after RIGOROUS follow-up 100s of times, lost my valuable time, effort, and experiencing mental torture.

Today I am going to raise another complaint on Flipkart on https://consumerhelpline.g...n/ to get my refund, this is the flipkart

My message to Everyone, Check the Refunds if the order is used any Gift Balance even the FraudKart marked as Refund Complete. If you miss it to check, you may end up losing money, later, I am not sure if we can check the Gift Balance history, I think we can see only recent 10 transactions.
