During intiial days of brandfactory online, I bought some items.
I wanted 1 of the item to be replaced by a larger size, so I placed replacement request.
After several weeks pickup was done. Did not recieve any replacement.
All of a sudden 1 day got a message that refund was given to brand factory wallet! I contacted CC and they said they can’t do anything.
Since I didn’t use the refund amount, after 1 year it’s gone from my account.

Just want to share that i purchased 10 product, out of them 5 was delivered, out of them one was wrong product, out of them two were of diffrent size.
I placed a return request
But when courier came to pick return he was not ready to take it back , saying that its diffrent products and not matching with his details.
I lost 500 rs!!!
