Yeah received coupons as well as cashback too..Had purchased in the noon.. 
It seems to be affecting many customers and the Technical team seems to be looking at this issue with high priority as per a Customer Service Rep from the escalation desk. She assures that I am eligible and will get the coupons in time…
Guess they will extend the validity of the coupons to beyond tomorrow as it’s taking more time than normal to issue coupons for many users.

I don’t know why people are getting confused. There are 2 offers available right now. First one is GIFT 1000 rs and get 1000 rs cb offer and another one is 10% cb upto 100 on email gv offer.

Iam seeing 1000 cashbak offer but after I purchased gift card they didn’t send any mail, for unlocking cashback offer, and Amazon customer team dont know this type offers exist now. They totally dumb, supervisor also same problem. They said wait for 3-4 days.

I purchased in morning at 7: 10 am I got the coupons immediately. Then after I done at 11: 49 am in 2 diff account I didn’t get the coupons yet

Now customer executive said, the issue was sorting, and mail send to all before 25th October, and that copoun will expire date 31st dec, so use in next sale etc.
If this is true, then they have to revise the validity for all the accounts (including mails received yesterday.)

He said that if you didn’t received your coupon till tomorrow we will make them available in next sale which is coming in October

After not getting the coupon Contacted amazon CC 4 times ( chat support ) -
1st person – wait for 72 hours.
2nd person – Confused this offer with another one . Then checked the previous chat log and told to wait for yesterday and then contact amazon again.
3rd person was a lady – I’ve requested her to look at the chat log on which I’ve provided all the links on 16th Oct but she told they can not see previous chat logs for which I replied so how am I suppose send her the offer TnC link now. ( I could have easily sent her the link from other e-mail id but did not as that id got all the offers and this one ain’t ). But as far as I know CC can check previous chat logs but may be she was too sleepy to do that. Anyway, after a long pause I told her I can only provide screenshot of the offer.
By then she was gone for good.
4Th Person – checked the chat log and connected straightway to call support. There was a nice lady who listened patiently – checked and told me I will get the offers by 25th Oct. and can use it upto 31st Dec.
Now again waiting has started but this time I can see a ray of hope.
Its a myth bhai, I think you wasted your valuable time by contacting them again & again. Its waste bhai they are not helpful and even they don’t know about this offer

Got 20% CB upto Rs. 1000 offer applicable on minimum purchase of Rs.1500. It’s much better than the categorized offer. I can buy from any category I like. It came late ie instead of promised date of October it came on Nov. but as the saying goes " Better Late Than Never "
