today i got my refund
Got 2900 refund in freecharge wallet, 100 cashback deducted. total 3000 refunded. ICICI and modi’s fault kyc scam everywhere
Its more abt the RBI rules mid-way in evolving process and getting streamlined. Should be managed better.
Btw, ab iss mein bhi Modi ki fault…Modi may himself not be using much such wallets or prepaid cards 
this freecharge cheaters are saying they will charge 3% for withdrawal even for refunded money. i told them to refund directly, which they are refusing.
this luks like a loot for freecharge only
