I have never had a problem with Mobikwik. I have three accounts. One on my phone, second on my tab, and third on Bluestacks using my data card number. On the third one I cannot use some of the offers as I cannot make calls from my data card number. Otherwise everything works perfectly. I transfer the money from second and third to my primary phone and use the money for eBay transactions. Works flawlessly.

All those who are complaining about Mobikwik are trying some Jugaad (like multiple accounts on the same phone etc.) that doesn’t work and get frustrated because they could not fool Mobikwik. Mobikwik is smart unlike playtm.

So use mobikwik for genuine transactions and playtm for playing around.

The day your transaction will be nullified or your account disabled by them (I hope it will never come), you will understand how SMART these Mobidick people are.

Recently I was trying to use a promocode of Mobidick on a brand new mobile with a brand new sim & a brand new CC of my friend. BAM! The promocode didn’t work & the reason was that I have used the promocode earlier!!! It was such an embarrassing situation in front of my friends! I wrote to those d!ckheads & the next day could redeem the code. SMART but OVERSMART…

I had around 10 accounts in mobikwik, a couple of months back they introduced some promotions, dont remember which exactly but I think were 50 cashback on 100. Tried in all the accounts one by one, got lucky in maybe 2 ot 3. My 1st mistake was playing roulette with mobikwik, the result was invested 1000 & got 100 or maybe 150 profit.
Now my 2nd mistake, I tried to pay by airtel broadband bill with this money, all transactions failed, this I tried more than 100 times, not with 1 but all my accounts but all invain. So finally got tired & gave up & left the money in the mobikwik wallet. After 15 days or so tried to logon to my mobikwik accounts but found them all to be blocked. So now my 1000 rupees + 150 was stuch with mobikwik.
Got them unblocked 1 by 1 which was infact a lot of work & took me around 2 months. The reason I got from them for blocking these accounts was some payment gateway issue which infact was bullshit. Finally in one of the tickets they gave the real reason that they were aware that all these accounts belonged to single person even though all had different primary numbers. Actually it was easy to know this as I had paid my airtel bills from all these accounts, had not done any other transaction. In those tickets I promised myself & them that after my acconuts were unblocked & I have used up the money in them, wont even consider mobiwik for a single rupee business. & since then havent gone back to mobikwik.

@enapsper I reall y hope you go through all the reviews of mobikwik here on DD.

what is a genuine transaction & what is not. Do you start recharging random phone numbers when you get a free deal? Is this what you mean by playing around.

Never trust mobidik with wallet or any recharge, coupon success is like a parachute opening or not opening after jumping… they have no moral and professional ethics, support is torture. After few days you try log in your account and you would get shocked that you cant and your account with money in wallet is blcoked, if promocode is failed and you ask them to refund the money back to bank they wont, very basis that promo code cant be applied before making the payment is so unethical and immoral.

Exactly that happened to me.( That too with first time ) According to me, will never ever try them again. Let others who benefited, let them enjoy. Freecharge and Paytm is enough. ( will enjoy the benefits but never try to loot with crooked mind. )
