Couple of rookie questions regarding smartbuy amazon
1) When you land on amazon.in via smartbuy and search for a product, it opens up another tab and only then you get the button to add that to cart. It still counts as valid purchase?Because hdfc mentions you need to add product only from the landing page or some sort?
2)Do you still get 10x if you combine your payment with amazon pay balance or does it entirely have to be paid out of card?

I am trying to make payment on an Merchant’s Site via payzapp, After selecting payzapp as payment option on merchant site, it redirected to an Payment page of Payzap where it asks for Credit card complete details, It did not ask any mobile number registered on payzapp or any password and even did not show any linked cards. Anybody help….
You will need to tell the merchant website name for anyone to give logical inputs.
Prima facie, looks like payzapp payment gateway rather than payzapp app
It was written as Payzapp in app payment on top of that page, I selected wallet than payzapp than it redirected me from merchant payment options page to there..

I spoke with Diners Black customer care right now. They explained things very, very clearly.
- Both native PayZapp transactions and PayZapp payment gateway transactions are eligible for 10X reward points. Even if you use a promo code. They said that they cannot comment on whether you’ll get the PayZapp cashback or not (as that’s something PayZapp team will know), but you’ll certainly get the 10X reward points.
- PayZapp bonus 9X points will be posted within 90 days. All other 9X bonus points will be posted within 2 days of transaction being posted.
Also, I recently booked a hotel on Yatra via PayZapp, and paid using Diners Black, and the transaction went smoothly. So, definitely keep this up. This is awesome!
If you have been with HDFC for a long time, you would know customer care gives you all sorts of information.
I was told for other 10x partners that they will provide 9x points after 90 days.
Called 30 min later that story changed to 45 days 
Pls any1 help me to get diners black. I am having diners premium and already got offer for upgrade to clubmiles in my netbanking.

Guys, What is the strategy you are using for PayZapp .. Should we wait for pending cashback’s or continue doing transactions in the hope that HDFC will honour the same in 30-45 days ?
Is the following correct about 9x limits?? Its there in a blog and this comment by “Anurag”. I think it is 45k and 75k only.
“Just for everyone’s clarity, the limit is on accelerated RPs, and 150 condition is also for it. Normal reward point is calculated as is.
So for Smartbuy 15,000 RPs, you can buy tickets for 50,000 so 9x amount is 15k.
Similarly, for 10X partners, you can spend 83,333 so 9x is 25k points.
Please do not think it is 45k and 75k. That is wrong."

currently no 10×..will be posted in 90 days. HDFC has some backend issue as per customer care support.

I think, they should consider the transaction date. I am about to pay insurance worth 28k. This is big blow. 
My suggestion is go ahead and pay. The risk is less than 500 Rs. In any case u will get 1x point and u never know if u get lucky to get 10x

really unfair from them, i was planning for many transactions to do via payzapp in next month after bill generates.
I don’t know whether they will credit the 10x for August month or not , dinner is a waste card , no good partner , if they had to remove it why did they added , all dinner member don’t use their payzapp , better alternatives are there , then after noticing a sudden drop in payzapp they will add it😂😂
The electricity bill paid from smartbuy will consider under smartbuy or separate 10x partners? please reply fast.
Electricity bills are not part of SmartBuy (although funnily they appear as part of SmartBuy in the UI of Payzapp app)
