No business wants to break the trust of its investors. What I find good thing about GRIP is they lease to the startups which have recently raised funding and have cashflows to run for atleast 2 years ahead.

I have been using almost a year now.
1) Min. of 7-8% returns we can get.
2) When I invested this referral scheme was not there. So if you do min. investment of 20k in the first month itself you get extra 1000 which is 5% of 20k over and above the monthly returns.
