They earned interest on the collected amounts for 4 days, before informing the transaction failure. The refund credit will again take some days. So overall a good gain by MK
I believe wallets or prepaid instruments cannot do that → earning interest out of blocked payments/amounts. I also remember reading their rules and regulations that the users’ money in wallets cannot be used to gain any interests etc.
Not able to apply any coupon at MobiKwik. Any solution?? 
Either get your supercash total below Rs 200 or use old apk to apply the coupons if you are having more than Rs 200 as supercash
I paid the cc bill for both SBI and Amex on 31st July and 1st Aug. One was refunded yesterday and one is refunded today. Supercash earned for both is not reveresed though.
Same with me. 5/10 payments get failed. I grill them on twitter every alternate day. This is that 1 thing they can’t get right
They disabled my Supercash coupon CCPAY just because I have 586 supercash.. Displays a message saying first burn supercash to earn more

i also did a mistake by paying credit card bill thru mobikwik. it was around 56000 paid on 2nd august. now last date is approaching. mobikwik still showing status as pending 
I got a call from mobikwik today regarding the same issue, though I paid the bill on 31st Jul and 1st Aug. They said that there was some issue with the bank while processing the payment hence it was pending and now refunded. They requested me to initiate a new payment.
Please check with them if your transaction will go through so that you can use alternate methods to pay the dues before time
Best thing is do small payment from mobikwik like 1000-2000 and avoid bigger amount. I only paid 1000 for 50 SC rest paid by Cred.
idiots…created problem for me…did two payments to icici cc on 1 aug at 11am and 11:20am. one got credited yesterday and other one still pending. yesterday was last day of payment. see there reply on twitter

This happened to me several occasions especially while purchasing GV. Most probably within 7-10 days you will get refund. Some time delay happened from bankers side also . No need to worry. Still you want to raise your concern please mail to concerned costumer care Dept.
