BBPS Credit Card bill pay banks - custom bill amount payment only working on login users. Enter any mobile number and login and pay custom bill amount.
Payment page only open for 3 mins. So if possible complete your payment within 2 mins. Otherwise sometimes payment will failed.
Well, not always but sometimes website is not working at night because this is SBI bank. Hope you understand, if not necessary then pay at day time.
Flat 1% upto 750 cashback offer details -
This is HDFC Platinum debit card offer (eligible cards name already mentioned), flat 1% upto 750 cashback every month for Utility bill category bill payment.
Credit card bill payment through SBI Unipay portal comes under Utility category and you will get flat 1% upto 750 per month.
Other Details -
Note - cashback will credit within 2 days to 2 weeks (normal cashback will credit within 4-5 days but sometimes it will take upto 2 weeks).
You'll receive 1% Cashback for the transaction, you can check & redeem your debit card Cashback from "Card Tab -> Debit Card -> Enquiry -> Cashback Enquiry & Redemption".
Cashback points need to be redeemed through NetBanking minimum 250, no maximum capping on redemption subject to availability.
Get 1 Cashback point on every Rs. 100 spent on Telecom, Utilities.
You can use multiple times but max cashback per month is 1% upto 750.

LOL what a nasty site .. My experience is similar to what others have .. Payment of Rs 2070 (via HDFC DB) to Amazon ICICI card ... amount debited and then transaction status shows failed with Rs 20.70 (decimal issue in website design).
SBI really needs to whack their vendor companies who have implemented without rigorous testing.
UPDATE - I tried using the UPI option and paid via my Tata Neu Infinity Rupay card. It worked, trasaction shows successful with correct amount. Now awaiting credit to my credit card.

Guys, No need for panic. I've received my both failed txns refund automatically. it's slow but you will get it. Non bbps cc bill payments mostly take 3-4 days to credit so if you have some PATIENCE then only try to use UNIPAY.
If you need immediate settlement use Paytm and cred. Remaining all other platforms, taking 3-4 working days time. i never seen if txns was successful and not credited in card.
Note : Loot tricks always have a risk factor & non patience folks pls try to avoid as money will stuck. If you want to save some extra penny then use these risky platforms.
@abhishek012 or anyone else who used this platform recently, could you please update latest steps / options which are working to avoid same txn failure and refund processes.

It looks like now they have blocked debit card as payment methods for CC bill payment. It still shows on the Payment gateway selection page, but whenever you will pay through debit card it will be successful on the payment gateway's end but then it will be rejected by SBI unipay. I tried with 2 debit cards HDFC, SBI and in both of the cases it failed. When I tried with UPI, it was successful. When I tried to pay postpaid bill with Debit card it became successful.
Also, no body should panic about refund as it will be delayed a lot because of new financial year. And not to worry at all, RBI will always be there to rescue us, in case something happens.

Actually, I tried today to raise chargeback with my axis ace card, but 1st representative said that it's not possible within 1 month, 2nd representative said that it should be atleast 15 days . I did transaction on 24th. Don't know which is correct or wrong.

Sbi uniportal cc payment comes under utility is a new discovery for me.

Dont think its implemented properly yet. Tried test payment of 100 for my hdfc bank tata neu infinity card using hdfc easyshop platinum debit card. Money got deducted but transaction showing as failed. Better wait for a few days for SBI to fix this.
A humble request to call .. Please dont try bigger amounts as your amount will get blocked due to the shitty SBI platform which might take several days for the refund.
I always hate SBI due to their pathetic and a non-existent customer service..
