My both order got delivered,
My orders (only 2) placed yesterday late evening got delivered today
Here’s a few points I have noticed maybe you all know but yes still :-
1. Pharmeasy and Medlife as per Google Play Store has the same publisher (owned by same entity) (Yes you all knew this but still mentioning).
2. My Pharmeasy and Medlife Order got processed in the same warehouse with same seller (shop).
3. The delivery agent who came to deliver was of Pharmeasy (was surprised as he came to deliver Medlife order).
4. The packaging style and everything is done by Medlife in Pharmeasy style.
5. Also the processing time was identical. Only in name it’s Medlife order
I think over time Medlife will improve actually they have a lot previously always they used to modify order and inventory management was very bad (in stock while ordering later oos).

I think you should try Medlife they have improved cause everything is taken care by pharmeasy it seems. I paid by Mobikwik not medlife gv because if order would’ve been cancelled my money would be completely stuck

I was supposed to tag you for don’t mention about MedLife GV (10-12% OFF) especially when we are looting.
Because, if they cancel or we supposed to cancel for any reason the money will be stuck off. Otherwise, mention these points also in deal wiki, otherwise in a hurry some dimers will buy GV without knowing the real difficulty with MedLife issues.
You might have good experience with them, but overall looking everyones aspect, they are still not at good.
1) UI is worst in web. (I dont use APP)
2) To apply the coupon code for prescription medicines to verify the final amount I need to add prescription first(or opt for book a free consulation) and then need to check whether coupon is applying or not, for new user or anyone there is no point to upload prescription without knowing the actual discount and all.
In Pharmeasy & 1 mg, we no need to upload any thing until order is placed. We can add any prescription medicines to cart and apply code and we can see the final amount to be paid without doing anything
3) They send me SMS most of the time with some GV is activated in your account, you can apply it in your cart. This is really worst, in payment section Qwiksilver Gv is there, but code they send in SMS is not applying there (Alpha-numericals code, but only numbers are accepted in GV section)..
They dont even care about anything other than giving offers to attract customers..

My order got delivered but the product was tempered and leaking also the order status was not updated so i cancelled the order and amount got refunded to gift card. Please suggest me now what should i do

Medlife sucks… They changed my order into COD ..issue is that one of my order was oos 😑 i have to paid total bill…this hurt me really… Why this happens that they changed order amount into COD
Same happened with me. I called customer care asking how can I pay online, he said you can’t as order in transit. Even if you do online payment, the delivery boy will ask for payment as shipment is marked as cod.

Only on prescribed medicines is useless. I buy much cheaper generics(cheaper than what i get after applying these) for prescription medicines. Some tablets are prescribed by doctor, but they don’t come under prescription medicines according to these apps, so no offer on those.
