No need to worry about your city, just select any city of your choice on which offer is applicable and edit your address pincode of that city and apply promotion . Next delete the address and add your address and proceed. The promotion now applies for every city

good loot for chennai people, still managed to order 2010/- product for 1005/- for Hyderabad location, additionally it showed 186 rs cashback extra on payment page (Not sure how 186 rs got calculated, as its 10 or 15% only for prime members)
