I got instant cb 2 days back
For the last month, I hadn’t received instant cb in other account so contacted them over email and got it credited within 2 days (additional after the stipulated time of 72 hours)
I also didn’t received cashback.
What should I do.

for those who are not getting CB they have to send email quoting txn id, wallet no, date and txn amount .. CC will manually credit it. This is the only way.
