Log into the PharmEasy app/website.
Select the required medicines/products/services.
Add the required medicines/products/services to the cart.
Upload the prescription (please choose I don’t have a prescription in case you do not have a prescription).
Select proceed to payment.
Select Credit/Debit card (Please not the final payable amount needs to be Rs.1500 or more to be eligible for the offer. Please read the terms and conditions related to the offer in the offers section).
Please enter your HDFC Bank Debit or Credit card details and proceed to make the payment.
Once you enter the card details and proceed to make the payment the discount amount will be displayed on the OTP page of the customer.

I talked to pharmeasy cc for my order. They have stuck my whole order due to 2-3 medicines not available. Now asked me to wait till 26 because by that time they will provide the medicine.
Secondly on call I specifically asked for hdfc offer and they said that it’s still available only thing invoice value after wallet deduction, 15 discount and any coupon applied and final bill generated it should be more than 1500. And the offer is still there after consulting with senior.
I just tried discount is not applying at otp page
my final value was 1700+ still didnt get applied

now Today again talked to pharmeasy cc for my order. It’s still stuck and scondly now they are saying that offer has been removed as people are having issues at hdfc gateway not getting discounts. So they have removed the offer now.
