PRELIMINARY
This is a promotional offer (“Offer”) from Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (“Club Mahindra”) being run on www.flipka...om (“Website”), Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”)
By participating in this Offer, user (“You”, "Your"or"Participant") agree to be bound by the following:
the Offer terms and conditions below (“T&C”);
the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
all applicable terms and conditions of Club Mahindra.
OFFER DETAILS
The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on 20th September, 2017 and end at 23:59 hrs on 24th September, 2017 (“Offer Period”).
To participate in the Offer You must to do/ fulfill the following:
Age must be 18 years or above; and
Must have a valid account on the Platform, log into the same and shop during the Offer Period.
Subject to the terms of these T&Cs, Participants who purchase products on the Platform of a minimum net cart value (net of cancellations/refunds/discounts/cashbacks/EGV purchases etc.) of Rs 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh) and above during the Offer Period (“Winner/s”) will win a Club Mahindra stay voucher for a stay of 3 nights/2 days at a selected list of Club Mahindra resorts (“Benefit/s”).
Offer is not valid on Purchase of E-Gift Vouchers.
The Winners will be announced on or before 15th Nov’17 and they will receive the said vouchers on their Flipkart registered email id by on or before 15th Nov’17.

Club Mahindra reserves its right to add to or remove any Resort/s from the above list at its sole discretion without any advance intimation/notification to You. An updated list shall be displayed at the holiday voucher redemption page (http://giftvoucher.clubmahindra.com/gv...em). The enumeration of any Resort in the above list does not guarantee a booking against requisition.
Benefits are available for travel in select months only at the sole discretion of Club Mahindra. The Offer Benefits can be availed by You only in the following periods: 5th January 2018 to 11th April 2018, 12th April 2018 to 31st May 2018, 1st June 2018 to 26th September 2018, 4th October 2018 to 17th October 2018 & 8th November 2018 to 19th December 2018.
Reservations for Club Mahindra Resorts are open only 4 months in advance and availability can be checked online using Your redemption code. All bookings are on first – come- first – serve basis and subject to availability.
Availability of Resort and accommodation under the terms of this Offer are subject to change from time to time and can be confirmed basis real-time online availability as and when You login for the purposes of redeeming the Offer Benefits.
Accommodation will be provided basis apartment category reserved only to the number of individuals as permissible and provided for in the given apartment category. No further/additional accompanying guests shall be allowed by Club Mahindra.
A covering charge of Rs. 2000 per booking will be applicable at the following resorts of Club Mahindra: Baiguney, Binsar-Valley, Binsar-Villa, Cherai, Madikeri-Coorg, Corbett, Derby Green Ooty , Dharamshala, Gangtok, Gir, Goa-Emerald Palms, Hatgad, Jaisalmar, Kanatal, Kandhaghat, Kanha, Kumbhalgarh, Manali, Mashobra(Shimla), Munnar, Mount Serene Munnar, Mussoorie, Naukuchiatal, Pondicherry, Poovar, Thekkady, Udaipur & Virajpet.
This covering charge of Rs. 2000 will not be refundable and can be redeemed against the following services provided at the aforementioned resorts: Fun Dining, A la carte, beverage, alcohol, Spa, Souvenir Shop, activity centre or any item/service directly associated to the resort.
This covering charge does not include taxes levied on product or services availed, the same will have to be paid by You to the resort during bill settlement.
The Booking of the Holiday voucher availed by You as the Benefits of this Offer should be confirmed within the validity period.
Club Mahindra shall provide alternate accommodation, if for some reason, it is unable to provide holiday after issuance of confirmation voucher in the allotted resort.
Club Mahindra will send an Electronic Confirmation Voucher (“e-CV”) to Your email address registered with Club Mahindra within an hour from the time of booking.
As a pre-requisite to honouring Your reservation, Club Mahindra will requireYour e-CV with a valid government photo identity proof at the time of check-in at the resort.
Holidays once confirmed cannot be cancelled or deferred or gifted.
All other incidental and related costs (including but not limited to travel, food etc) shall be borne by You and neither Flipkart nor Club Mahindra will be liable for any such expenses incurred by You.
Issuance of this Offer does not amount to endorsement of the services provided by the various third party service providers (“Service Providers”) including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and transport operators etc. Flipkart shall not be liable for any missed services, quality, defect or deficiency in the services provided by such Service Providers.

Winners are also required to sign the Booking Form, Terms and Conditions and any other document of Club Mahindra which are applicable to the Benefits and other required documents as per the Club Mahindra’s KYC norms. Club Mahindra shall be free to decline bookings if the said requirements are not satisfied and cancellation charges shall apply as per the terms and conditions applicable to the trip.
Club Mahindra and Flipkart reserve the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this Offer at their discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/discount of Club Mahindra.
