One delivery boy told me Foodpanda tie up with ola, and 6000-7000 new joining happens in this month. But still poor service i.e, sometimes code not working, mostly restaurant not fulfil orders and cancel them,etc. Lot to improvement left
Please help!! I wasn’t able to order from last few days from FoodPanda, I was getting the error message as “Restaurant is closed”. I emailed the customer care and they said that the account is blocked (screenshot attached). Please help how to unblock the account. Meanwhile, I have written to the customer care to unblock the account, but no response yet.
