@ginnigrab520 Your so called strong technical team shows something else on UI (supercash usable) and on processing they completely deduct amount from main balance. Also mobikwik previously used to mark the coupon as used even though the transaction is unsuccessful or gets timeout at their end. If the monthly limit is reached, the cashback is not credited next month automatically (Think how much money Mobikwik earns illegally by not processing cashback without a complaint as most of users would forget about this) . You have to complaint to customer care.

Don’t know how is this type of issues comes with you I am using Mobikwik since 2013 and I never faced any type of delay and inconvenience always I am getting the supercash on time even on hotels and bus bookings , Mobikwik is offering that much which no any company is offering, on first hotel booking mobikwik is offering hundred percent supercash, on first bus booking mobikwik is offering Again hundred percent supercash on jio also it is offering 100% supercash up to rupees 300, if we talk about the use of supercash it depends upon how they are offering the usage on its website I never face any type of difficulty in using supercash I know per limit if 1000 every month I use 1000 rupees supercash without any problem because before using supercash I always refer their website and see where I want to use supercash.
