Last month I mailed them but didn't received. But as mentioned in comments by @LIMBO here , I again mailed them and received the code within 2 days for 2 no.
So they might've fixed the issue from their end and hence successfully resending the gv over SMS.
Yes. I have redeemed 3 codes in the past week and it's been friction less barring Invalid Request error in one number which as usual got resolved after waiting 24 hours. Only 2 more left. Vi keeps crediting free 7 days validity regularly thankfully.
How long does it take for the cashback to be credited normally? I redeemed the first code yesterday and had chosen UPI option.

Last time it was organized by woohoo from which many users had issue. This time they have organized with bigcity which is better in organizing these types of contest.
Also in Woohoo one only amazon pay gv option is there but here both UPI and NEFT options are there.
Woohoo is the worst in organizing such contests/promotions from brands. They are very fishy and untrustable. Brands should stay away from this woohoo. BigCity is the best.
