Terms & Conditions:
· Recycle Garments by donation is an initiative/ campaign to be implemented in select Big Bazaar, Hypercity & fbb stores (hereinafter referred as “stores”) across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai Rajasthan, Delhi, NCR ( Faridabad , Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida), Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, UP, Kolkatta, Bihar , Jharkhand for recycling clothes.
· This campaign is valid in select stores from 10th March to 18th March 2020 (campaign period) only.
· Customer can bring and donate as many clothes used during Holi (hereinafter referred as “clothes”) as he/she wishes. The clothes to be washed and in completely dry condition.
· Customer will be eligible to get Rs. 100 cashback in fbb wallet for cloth donated and a maximum of Rs. 100 cashback will be given during the entire campaign period for any number of clothes donated.
· The cashback will be given in customer’s fbb wallet only.
· Cashback once given under this campaign will be valid for 2 months from the date of issuance.
· In stores, clothes will be accepted at the baggage counter. Baggage counter authorities will issue the gate pass to enter the stores and bill will be issued against the gate pass confirming that customer’s mobile number has been recorded for the campaign.
· Customer to ensure that the mobile number given at the time of billing is correct and ensure that he/she downloads and registers the future pay app on the same number.
· Once Cloths are handed over to Baggage Counter, the customer shall not claim it back under any circumstances.
· Representative at Baggage Counter shall at its discretion refuse to accept Cloths No dispute or correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
· No cash/credit note/Gift Voucher/ other mode of payment shall be issued in exchange of Cloths .
· Customer needs to download the Future Pay App on mobile from Play store/App store or by giving a missed call on 8010-350-000 and register with the mobile number given at the time of generating bill at cash counter by 18th March 2020.
· Cashback in fbb wallet can only be redeemed at Big Bazaar, fbb, Hypercity stores.
