The offer is valid from June 1 – 5, 2017, July 1 – 5, 2017 and

Me too did not receive for July transaction directly paid with card for order,non wallet transaction
I received the cash back for wallet load done with credit card in July month.
Cash back received on 29.08.17
it seems Credit Card users have received CB,,….
Debit Card users not received till now>???
I had done a Direct Purchase via Citi Debit card on 5th JULY.. Not received CB yet

T&C in this case says: “Cashback will be credited within 90 days from the date of transaction.”
So has the deadline crossed? If yes, escalate-to find out reason and get resolution.
Problems do happen (that’s what we call bad luck if it happens only with us and not everyone), but right response would probably be something different from getting emotional -and leaving it just there…?
Never mind!! Risk, Reward, Response, and Responsibility-Each to interpret in his/her own way. Just ensure that you happen to be on the ‘correct’ side of the argument at the end of the day…In a complex world, what do u tink can sort of guarantee that..? A solid process working on cause-and-effect?

This thread should now be locked until next month date as people are not reading the comments which is leading to same question being asked 100s of times. This is only increasing the risk for those who hv transacted this month and expecting cashback 2-3 months down the line.
