Thanx for confirmation. But i faced Error Code On Visa Card A 2…. Continuously,,Visa Card Generated but when going to Transact it getting message Payment declined by bank.. may be oxigen track device id or imei number where already another account login.

Edit- Is that Oxigen Tracked IP address too..?

Just try again and again if u r not able to generatr visa card. Transfer balance to another account then try to generate visa card. Their visa card service are very slow from yesterday. So have pateince and keep trying
