1. What is the offer?
Do a recharge or bill payment of minimum Rs.75 and unlock shopping 50% upto Rs.200 when paid using Amazon Pay UPI (valid only on Android and iOS (15.1.4 or above) Offer is valid once per user during the offer period

2. What is the validity of the offer?
Offer can be unlocked until 11:59 PM on 31st May, 2020. Unlocked shopping offer can be redeemed from May 19, 2020 until June 2, 2020.

3. How to redeem UPI shopping coupon?
Post receiving an email, notification or SMS with the unlock offer link, you will need to COLLECT the unlocked offer. Then, Proceed to check out the items in your shopping cart (for select products mentioned in FAQ 12) on Amazon.in app. On the Select Payment method page, select your linked bank account with your Amazon Pay UPI ID. Post confirming your order, enter your UPI PIN to complete the payment. Once the payment is complete, you can see an order placement confirmation on your Amazon.in app.

4. When will I receive my cashback?
Cashback will be issued within 3 business days of completing your payment/shopping transaction. Post completing the recharge/bill payment, you will receive an SMS confirming the amount of cashback you have received. You can also check View statement by going to www.amazon.in/gp/payment/st...nt

5) How do I link my UPI bank account?
Go to Amazon Pay main Dashboard page and in Options page, tap “Your Bank Account” button. Select the bank which you want to link with Amazon Pay UPI from the list of available banks. Amazon will fetch your account details in an instant and will link it to your account. Proceed to set up UPI PIN by tapping on the set UPI PIN button.

6) Can I pay using any payment method?
This offer is only applicable only if you select “Amazon Pay UPI” and Pay (Ex: Amazon Pay UPI – SBI *******1234) or select “UPI” and choose the “Set up Amazon Pay UPI” option and Pay. Cashback is not applicable if you are manually entering your @apl handle in the UPI payment option. Any other payment instrument like BHIM UPI, netbanking, debit/credit card, Amazon Pay Balance will not be considered for cashback.

7) How is the cashback calculated?
Cashback will be calculated and processed based on the amount paid using Amazon Pay UPI ID. For example, If amount paid using Amazon Pay UPI instrument is Rs.400 the cashback processed will be Rs.200

8) When will I get my benefit?
Cashback will be credited within 3 business days of shipping of the shopping order.

9) How will I receive unlocked offers?
You will receive Unlocked Offers via Email or push notifications or SMS. Please update your email IDs/phone numbers in the account settings of your Amazon app to receive unlocked offers to the desired destination. Please subscribe to push notifications, if you are unsubscribed

10) How many times can I avail this offer?
This offer is valid once per user during the offer period. If customer has availed this benefit for a mobile recharge or bill payment, he/she cannot avail the same benefit again on another mobile recharge or bill payment.

11) Where will the Unlocked Offers be visible?
You can view and collect your Unlocked Offers under “Your Rewards” section available only on Amazon App. Go to > Amazon App > click on “Offers” on the Amazon home page > Click on “Your rewards” to find all the eligible Offers

12) Which all categories is the 50% back upto Rs.200 on shopping UPI offer applicable?
This shopping offer is applicable on Android and iOS devices only and has not been enabled on any other medium (like Amazon.in website or mobile web), across all shopping products on Amazon.in except on Recharges, bill payments, load money, gift cards, Kindle e-books, Laptops, TVs, Mobiles, Precious jewelry, Furniture, Forrest Essentials, Smartphones, ovens, dishwasher, chimney, Fridges, Washing Machines, TVs, Large Appliances and Prime subscription.
