nope didnt hapen with me, all accounts still have cashback 
same problem happen with me i order from another account and in delivery address i give the another mobile number they are credited 200 Rs to my delivery address number on 27.12.2016 but on 29.12.2016 they have reverse back it.
as on now i check the account from which i placed order and i see the cash back of 200 rs is credited to account.so all can chek that if received.

they added it to phone no. in address. Now they are correcting it and adding it in correct number.
Reversed 200 in delivery number account, but received 200 in order email account. So, i m good. 
Freecharge added cash back in the account in which order is placed not the mobile number in the shipping address

I have got cb in 8 a/c neither reversed nor blocked the a/c.Used all money on zingoy for Amazon vouchers (16*rs100)and then received 15% cb for paying by Amazon pay balance.It was best loot ever.Thanks DD and Zingoy.
