Freecharge/Snapdeal usually provide cashback to the no. provided in the delivery address . Doesn’t matter if that no. is even registered on freecharge or not .
Many of Dimers will agree to me on this point (specially those who have purchased during 20% cashback on 1000(app offer ) and 100% cashback for selected books offer)
I have complained them a lot about this wrong method but contacting snapdeal is nothing different from banging your head on wall . So to be on safe side enter your freecharge registered no. (From which you are making payment) and provide your other no.( in case if it’s different) in alternative mobile no box or else you can add that in adress box itself.
P.S – I don’t wanna create panic and SD/FC may provide cashback in case if you have not followed the above procedure but by following the above method you are loosing nothing and this practice might come handy in future as well

if we order 3-4 items in single order from snapdeal and suppose they cancel 1 or 2 items later then will we get cashback on rest of items or not ? bcoz as per tnc it sounds like they can play trick with us .
