Means you got Amazon gv for which payment was successful but it was not appearing in order history and no confirmation email/sms was sent by them

Pathetic Customer service..they are deliberately ending the phone conversation without resolving the issue..With speak for 2-3 minutes and end the call.. Neither is their Cc no toll free.. Wastage of my balance.. Seems i have lost my money 4 my transaction..No refund also in PayUMoney..

Yesterday evening, I sent them detailed message through FB messenger along with screenshots of successful payment. I got refund from them in my FreeCharge wallet within few hours.
