I got my fastag , aviral logistics has partnered with some local shankar courier in my area.. they called me to collect it ..
Regarding call and email, i have talked twice to acko customer care and also they do reply to emails.

Got a call from Acko today, that are they again shipping the fast tag today and have asked me to wait for 3-4 more days.. Lets see if they deliver now
aviral culprit not delivered my fastag bought on 7th feb… ackodrive fastag is best as no minimum balance but paytm minimum balance 250 to maintain always.
I asked paytm care about this and they said that there is no need to maintain minimum balance in the paytm fastag wallet
