received my order today.. all are almost old stock.. aug stock… expiry in12 months
dec stock.. expiry in 6 months..

Any body order delivered in Mumbai with 50% 0ff ????

I tried yesterday to place order but couldn’t find snacks & ready to eat products on 50% off rather its showing 10-15% off..

They delivered the rest of the items .. cancelling haldiram and maagi sauce.

But i think grofers can mention these are to be consumed fast. What if a consumer thinks it already has 9 months expiry. Generally all stores has an rtc section where they dump all items at 50pc off.
There is no harm in using 1 mth expired products, since expiry date is just expedited one based on lab tests, apart from bread.

1. Received the food items & most are expiring in June. Some have mfg date of 2014!! Ate a chocolate piece & got harshness in throat, cough & gud-gud in stomach. Ridiculous. Can we return them / get refund?
2. One item was cancelled and I got grofers cash in lieu of that. I want refund to my card, is it possible?

Returned all the items ..a$$holes sent all the near expiry items with Manu. Date as old as June 2016…minutes later cc called…gave him a good scolding…now rescheduled with the promise of all fresh items..let’s c ..

Anyone ordered Muesli? Please let me know about the expiry

I ordered like 6-7 boxes of muesli and all are expiring either in June or in July.

Raised complaint with them and they created a new replacement order from their end.

If i have opened a chocolate, and then found it bad, can I still get refund?

They are disposing off products near expiry…Most of the products I got are manufactured in Dec 16 with expiry 6-8 months….
