My Regalia (upgrade from Regalia First) is out for delivery.
Wish I could have got Infinia but it will hard to make 8 Lakh per year spend as I have 3 other cards.
If we don’t meet spend based criteria then for Infinia charges are ₹ 10000 + GST right?
If fee is charged then we get 10000 RP which are equivalent of 10000 Amazon GV ?
So effective card usage charger per year is ₹ 1800 (GST).
Is my assumption correct ?

for infinia, is it better to buy on amazon/flipkart from smartbuy portal or buying amazon/flipkart gift voucher through gyftr and then using it for purchases?
Got infinia card and I set the PIN using hdfc net banking, today received another message stating that PIN is despatched separately through blue dart courier.. Anyone else received such sms and pin separately? Is it just for formality?
Got my infinia at last.. no dabba as well, though it’s still better than getting it 3 more weeks latter.
Icici does good in such cases.. they give you the cc number and all in their app. HDFC should copy this.

I called CC and they told that if I upgrade on call then will get 500 lifestyle voucher but if I upgrade via internet banking then will not get the voucher. Is it true??
BTW that lifestyle voucher is a coupon (500 off 1799).

I have a question regarding SBI credit card. 
I placed an order on Amazon with 24 month EMI of iphone on 21st Jan. But now I want to pay full amount and cancel this EMI. is it possible from bank side? Because amazon said they can do nothing and only sbi can help. Any idea regarding this?
It is like, SBI have paid fully to Amazon and gets the money from you in EMIs.
So you have to call SBI CC to close the EMI. They will close it with some charges which you can see in unbilled transactions after few days. Once the next bill comes, you have to pay as usual by payment due date.
Any offers associated with EMI purchase may stand cancelled or retained based on the offer. All you have enquire SBI CC only.

I was getting offer of free ltf upgrade from regalia first to infinia. But due to correspondence address issue I didn’t opt. Now my address is changed but offer is gone.Now any way to get this offer(now its not showing in netbanking!)!any trick left or this offer is gone forever

Does this mean, Infinia card holder need to pay USD 27 each time for accessing the airport lounge in India and abroad? Or Is it free ?

Lounge access for Diners cards is via Diners cards itself
For rest of HDFC cards it’s via Priority Pass
Only for Infinia cards Priority Pass usage is not charged at domestic
Other cards if use PP at domestic they would be charged
Above text means to say Lounge access for Primary Infinia or Addon Infinia is FREE if done via Priority Pass
But if any other non card holder guess accompany he will be charged

I applied for upgrade yesterday. Now for my old card credit limit is showing 0 and status shows transfered and under transfered card registration I can see a new card showing. Can I do transaction with my old card as I was having a target spend Smartbuy offer on my old card?? How do I check dispatch details for my upgraded card??
U can use ur old card till u get new ,all will be forwarded to new card till delivery

HDFC has 5430 branches in India. Probably 1 or 2 customers from a branch got this offer. But HDFC might not have included all branches for this offer.
This is my assumption based on the discussion with my home branch staff as well as on seeing the comments on online forums.
the happiness will soon be over after rbi ban lifts up new cards will come and these will become new regalias

And once upon a time we too had Hdfc gold credit card, over the years got gradually upgraded. Hdfc giving upgrade offers is not this onetime affair.

Customer Care. In netbanking it is general T&Cs. So you can ignore. If cc is saying LTF it is LTF. They do it on recorded line.
According to my RM, based on insider information the card upgrade is offered only to users with relatively low spends and those who also hold cards from other banks. Basically luring people to spend more on their HDFC card instead.

I am having Regalia and getting an option to upgrade LTF DCB based on Alumni offer, shall I do this upgrade ? will it make later upgrade to Infinia easy ? My ultimate aim is to get LTF Infinia ( if hdfc rolls it out) , don't want the paid one
