HDFC has sent SMS to select customers for target based spent offer.
The offer that I have received is 1.5K Amazon voucher on spends on 52k for my Diners Club Black (DCB) card.
The criteria may be different for different customers and offer is only available to customers who receive SMS.
please check if you have received SMS.

I haven’t received the vouchers for the December and January campaigns. It seems that there is a delay from their end. Not replying to tweets/emails.

Anybody please help and guide me. I also have some spend based offer on my Hdfc Credit card in January and I too achieve the targeted spend but I did not receive my voucher. Now whom I have to approach or mail. Please give details.
You can reach out to customer support team to register complaint.. which card do you have ?
I too have not received yet but contacting customer support is a time consuming exerciseMy suggestion would be to wait for a few more days as there are delay on backend..

Anybody knows how to escalate this ? I even wrote to MD escalations but still not resolution.
