Bhai i have 2500 rs main balance in idea in the monh of jan i recahrge throgh main balnce of 599 plan but now thet are not giving me any option tried all platform 121, 150,369 all dont give option to recahrge throguh main blnc.
Alredy compalmit to national consuemr forums they dont even reply and closed the ticket stating , it is not possible.
Alredy emailed call them and you know the reult and the speed is as slow as 2g.
In jaipur vodafone has good service and plan quieng is not possible i thhink

I have recharged a plan of 1 gb per day in idea it is more than 2 week, I have not used more than 100 mb per day ,this is the network net speed of idea. Customer service pathetic.
When I test in Speed test, I get 6-7 Mbps, actual download speed is hardly 3 Mbps, which is equivalent to 300-350 Kbps so why does half bandwidth goes wasted, check karo to full speed browse karo to bhi slow, download karo to 50-350Kbps , I recahrged for 249 1.5gb pet day, daily I have to wait till 11 pm to start download ,in day time I can’t think of downloading
why airtel and jio not giving double data offer
