Few days ago I ordered few items and got all but one delivered instead a small pack of cheese slices by Amul and a Godrej chicken seekh kabab pack was there… asked the chat team and they gave me full value of missing item back even though full bag was at 50% upto 80 discount and total cart value before discount was 204 only… so ask them to return full value as swiggy credit without considering code, they will do that…
I had a very bad experience with them yesterday. I ordered something but received some other item. Complained to them over help chat. They asked me to wait 6 hours. But no update for 12 hours. Again connected with them, they asked to wait 24-48 hours. I asked them to connect to their escalation desk, which they connected after multiple requests. But escalation desk was worst, they said they are sorry for inconvenience, but cannot help. Wasted 1 hour, but they did not exchange or gave refund. So tweeted them, they are equally bad, not helpful at all. Asked me to send an email, which I sent. Received response, but again same response. Worst experience.
I had same issue in my other account, but there the executive immediately gave refund. So it varies from executive to executive. But once they decide they are adamant.
