Most of the time, lounge managers would reject complimentary access, saying it's not active.
No tea or coffee is available most of the time.
not even drinking water.
Only standard lunch/dinner thali is offered, complimentary.
Stinking, dirty toilets are always available.
You can relax in air conditioned space for 2 hours, which is otherwise chargeable at Rs. 86 per hour

icici and SBI irctc cobranded, according to the lounge manager. Although IDFC select and wealth, AU Bank are also eligible.
Rejected my IDFC Wealth credit card after swiping. ICICI coral credit card was successful. Later found IDFC card also debited by Rs. 2

I don't think with a rent of Rs. 86 per person it is possible to maintain such high standards at Sealdah. Good to hear that at Delhi things are better, but there prices may also be higher than others, plus Govt may be trying to showcase this to tourists at their expense. We are taking dig on this poor lounge service whereas is a matter of regret even after IRCTC contract, I suggest for the betterment of public service "@aam_aadmi":https://www.desidime.com/users/224277 whenever you guy’s confront such pathetic service raise issue/complaint so that gradually this carelessness stops what say?
